Return & Refund Policy
KINDLY TRIBE is a small business committed to sustainability. Every item is made to order, one of a kind. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
We offer store credit or a full refund under the following rules. Please review carefully.
Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery date. If your item is received outside the return window, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund
All returns must be shipped within 15 days business days of the delivery date.
1. YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEM
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at support@kindlytribe.com. Please specify your order number, describe the issue, and include a photo of the item. We will follow up with you as soon as possible. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a new item free of charge.
Except for items received as defective or damaged, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
2. THE WRONG SIZE WAS ORDERED.
To avoid issues with sizing, please read the size charts carefully. We provide a size chart for every product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Any signs that the item was worn, except for trying it on, will nullify the return.
You are responsible for returning the product to us and providing us with a tracking number.
Make sure to ship the item back to us within 15 days from the delivery date. Kindly Tribe will pay the shipping costs to send the correct size item to you.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions.
ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) have been altered in any way.
The item(s) are part of a replacement order from a previous exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Once approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
