QUESTIONS CONCERNING YOUR ORDER

1. I ordered the wrong size. Can I still make a change?

It may still be possible, but you need to be quick. Once your order goes into production, unfortunately, we cannot change it anymore. Contact our support team ASAP at support@kindlytribe.com. Please specify your order number, last name, the specific item, and the correct size you need.

 2. I used the wrong address. Can I still correct it?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please provide your last name, the correct address and your order number by emailing us at support@kindlytribe.com, and we will take care of it.

Once the order is shipped, and you receive the tracking number, it is out of our hands. In that case, you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

3. I changed my mind. Can I still cancel my order?

As long as your items are not in production, we can still cancel your order. If the item is already being made, we cannot cancel it anymore. To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at support@kindlytribe.com.  Please title your email "Cancel order # …………… /your last name.”

4. Is there anything that I should be aware of when placing an order? 

When checking out, double-check that your address is correct. Confirm that you have ordered the correct size and quantity. Please do not use special characters or accents, as they may cause issues that may delay shipping.

 1. Where does Kindly Tribe ship to?

Currently, we ship only to the United States. However, we have plans to expand to other countries.

 2. How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Kindly Tribe is a small business committed to sustainability. Every item is made to order, one of a kind.

Our production time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Production time doesn't include shipping. Delivery times are an estimate. Generally, orders are delivered sooner than the delivery window, but we cannot guarantee this will always be the case.

 3. What else should I know?

 * We offer free standard shipping for every order above $ 75.00!

 * Please be aware that products shipped from Europe may take longer to arrive.

* You can check the estimated delivery window on every product page.

 * Also note that if you order different products, you may receive multiple packages.

 4. Where are your items made?

We have partnered with production facilities in North America (USA, Mexico, Canada) and Europe, where our items are made and shipped directly to you.

5. How are your products made?

Blank products are embellished with our one-of-a-kind designs, using different techniques:

* Embroidery

Adding an embroidery design to a garment brings forth a delightful fusion of artistry and functionality. It transforms a simple garment into a captivating piece of art, where each motif can tell a story. Unlike printed designs, embroidery creates a three-dimensional effect. The raised stitches add depth and tactile appeal to the fabric. In summary, embroidery transforms a simple garment into a wearable art.

* DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing

Unlike traditional screen printing, DTG printing uses high-resolution inkjet printers specifically designed to apply water-based, eco-friendly inks directly onto textiles. It’s a versatile method that enables detailed and vibrant prints.

* DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing

Also known as “direct-to-film” transfer, it is an innovative method that allows intricate and vibrant graphics to be transferred onto various fabric types. DTF printing provides unmatched color vibrancy, fine detailing, and versatility, with beautiful aesthetic impact.

 5. How do I Care for my new favorite item?

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care label is for the “blank” product. It doesn’t take into consideration our printing or embroidery processes. For your convenience, we have provided CARE INSTRUCTIONS for each product, on the product page.
