SHIPPING - Pillow & Pillowcases

This product is made especially for you soon after you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Your beautiful pillow or pillowcase is produced and shipped from the United States or Mexico, depending on your shipping destination.

Please note that pillows shipped from our partner’s facility in Mexico will arrive in a package that will include the pillowcase and the pillow insert (separately), which may appear somewhat misshapen upon unpacking. A bit of manual adjustment may be necessary by distributing the insert contents to the corners, plus a few days of regular use will help them settle into their normal, fluffy shape.
