* Our apparel embroidery designs are created within a 4"x 4" area. Since each design is unique, they will have different measurements within that area.

* Our production time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days. 

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Production time doesn't include shipping. Delivery times are an estimate. Generally, orders are delivered sooner than the delivery window, but we cannot guarantee this will always be the case.
